The staff of Children's Services of Virginia, Inc. is composed of treatment foster care workers, licensed clinicians, administrators, and support staff. The treatment foster care workers are experienced workers and most have master’s degrees in psychology, social work, or related fields. Each worker has a case load of three to ten children, depending on the severity of the needs of the child.
